Specifications:

Storage of Finish Coat:
  • Maintain 50° F working temperature until dry, avoid excessive heat and direct sunlight or freezing conditions.

Application:
  • Finish wallboard to a Level 4 finish as described in ASTM C840 and GA-214, fix all paper tears and blisters, keep sanding to a minimum and remove any excesses sanding dust. Sweep floors to prevent dust and debris from being disturbed during the application process. Mask all surfaces that will not be covered.

    Apply Finish Coat with an airless spray machine using a .623 tip or larger with a minimum pump capacity of 1.0 gpm. Apply a 14 mil coat for best results. Material pressure should be limited to 3000 psig at the machine. Clean up equipment with warm soapy water and rinse with clean tap water.

    Finish Coat may be sanded to remove imperfections, overspray, or to yield a smoother surface.
